assets of the Dairy Mart Estate
have been transferred to the Liquidating
Trust. These assets are to be liquidated and the proceeds
distributed on a pro rata basis to Dairy Mart's creditors
(Trust Beneficiaries).
The bar date for filing Proof
of Claims was 02/22/02 and has passed. The bar date for
filing Administrative Proof of Claims was 03/25/03 and has
passed.
